How to lay a revolution slider on a static image?

I want to create a slider that does not take up the entire width of the screen. And then lay it on top of a static image that does fit the screen. It is a home virtual tour. The slider would have a clear image of the house and the background static image that fits the screen would be a blurred revision of the house. Here is what I have done so far, but can’t figure out how to decrease the size of the slider so it doesnt fit the screen…

I’m using VC in word press so I thought I could add a background image in a row and then put the slider on that row…
