How to import / add the Seamless Transitions package into the Premiere Pro ????

I’ve purchased the Seamless Transitions package and I can’Howt find the way to import / add it to the Premiere Pro 2020.

Hello. Just find Premiere Pro file in the ZIP file you have downloaded, and open it in Premiere Pro. Or if it is Stock Footage package, just import it to your project in Premiere Pro. Any way, the best way is to contact the author of the package
