How do I install transitions?

I just purchased the Transitions pack “Seamless Transitions”. I was hoping this would be a plug in. However, it appears to be a dowload. How do you expect people to make use this?

Do we download everything to the desktop then just put the transition into Adobe Premier Pro that we want to use?

Is there a way to upload all of them so that they are in our Adobe Premier Pro account so when we switch computers they are saved in the software?

Do you guys have a business phone number?
