How to create a responsive email from a designer's PSD file.

Hello. I am looking for a step by step tutorial on how to make a PSD design mockup into a responsive HTML email.

I can slice the PSD in photoshop and export it to HTML, I just get stuck on making the code responsive so it works in all email browsers.

Note: I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A SERVICE TO DO THIS. I need to learn how to do this process myself- hence the request for the tutorial.

Also, any other tips on how this is done in a more modern way, so if I get a PSD from a designer, and my job is to turn it into a coded responsive email, who else would I do it?

If you want for personal use, try mailchimp, build your template
