How to change email if used gmail account?

Hi, I used my Gmail account to log in, how I can change my email and transfer all purchases if I wanna use the outlook email account?

You can disconnect from Google following these instructions from the Help Center:

How can I disconnect my social account?

You can disconnect your social account by using the “Disconnect Account” button available in account.envato.com.

To disconnect your social account:

  1. Log in to account.envato.com
  2. Select the “Disconnect Account”
  3. Confirm and click “Submit”
  4. Completing the password reset instructions sent to your email

Once complete, you can use your username/email address and password to log in to your Envato account.

However, if you already have another account with your Outlook email address, then things will get a bit complicated. Merging accounts is not typically possible. It might be best to disconnect from Google and then change the email addresses on the accounts.

Your best bet is to setup your Outlook email address first and make sure this is working. Then read @baileyherbert for your continued instructions.

I NEVER use social account logins - they are just a pain.

Exactly as @123Simples suggested, disconnecting the social networks may cause login issues. If I’m not mistaken, I read few threads about it on the forum
