How much time does Envato take to review a template?😀

I submitted an HTML template, but I haven’t received any response yet. Today it has been 10 days. This is the first time I’m experiencing such a delay in review :grinning: . It never happened before. Can anyone tell me the reason for this? Will the template get approved? If so, Praise be to God.:blush:
