i CANT EVEN GET WORDPRESS TO OPEN ONCE IT IS INSTALLED I BOUGHT A WEBSITE THEME HERE AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TPO USE IT BUT ITS DOWNLOADED SOMEWHERE ON MY PC PLEASE HELP ME
