Having issues to upload 600kb of code and images?

Hello all,
I’ve tried to re-upload after the first review of the code I’m trying to upload, and I have received the same error for the last 3 weeks, that the files are or too many or to big, I have tried with FTP and with manual upload. They are sized no more than 700 kb. Is this a normal behaviour?
This is the first item that I try to upload.

hope you have uploaded in the same way you have uploaded for the first time for reviewing your item. mean you have made the zip of your main files and folders and used that zip to upload. clear browser cache and try again.
