Has anyone else seen this issue with the Vehica Theme?

Briefly…I used the Vehica website demo to test this. I have not purchased this theme yet. I need to know if this bug will be rectified first. When viewing listings in the user listings panel. After running a search then clicking on edit to edit a found result it returns a blank result.
Before i buy this theme … has anyone else encountered this?
The site developer Tangible Design have not answered my pre-sales question. So do i need to buy a broken product and then wait for them to fix it after?

You can ask your pre-purchase query directly to the Item author by posting comments going through the Item Comments page. The item author will answer your query.

Unfortunately there is no item comments tab for this theme. Any other alternatives?

OK. So you found the bug from my description. You said you will fix it within 24 hours before i buy this product. That has clearly not happened. Its been 4 days. this certainly doesnt instiil in me any confidence in buying this product, and certainly not any after sales support.
