[Hard Rejected] Prestashop theme

Hello Everyone,

I recently submitted my prestashop theme in themeforest and unfortunately I got Hard Reject.
I would like to know your opinion about my design.

“Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of " Radiate Fashion - Prestashop Responsive Theme” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again."
