I uploaded icons set but got 3 times hard rejected, can anyone give me some

indeed that’s hard to identify what’s supposed to be the problem in my view, maybe this is something that is not unique enough according to them as this type of set is sort of trendy nowadays and many people post this kin of thing … otherwise i do not know …
I think that some combinations of colors not as good as they can be.
Like in the second from the top line the blue bed and red cirlce.Maybe the bed could just a little darker.
Same with glasses in the top line.The color of background seems to blend with them.
I’m not a designer but I think the problem is in this small pieces.
