I recently uploaded an WordPress theme and it got hard rejection. I’ll be grateful if you can point the weaknesses in it so that I can work on theme in my future items.

It’s beginner level design. You’re not gonna get any approval anytime soon.
Improve your design skills ( at least a year )

this design is style old like 2013 year was approved themeforest. you need make a style modern version.
