Got Hard Reject for HTML theme

I have got hard reject. I follow all rules and policy but not sure why it got hard reject. Can anyone please review and check why it got hard reject.

Your design is just not good enough. Spacing, typography, colors, everything needs more work. But it is a solid start. Much better than what usually one finds in this forum under “my items was hard rejected” threads. So try to make it better, more unique, etc and you should eventually be approved.
