Hard Reject for my HTML template

Hello everyone!
This is my first HTML template and I get a hard reject.

Here is the mail: “…and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.”

What I need to change: design, HTML & CSS, js, or something else?

Hi There:
Your design is bad colors, need spacing same all section more 80px and bad typography but you need practice more for approved, regards.
