Get Purchase Code of recent sale.

Hi,

During old college days i published an item and got some sales.
I do have regular licence purchase code of an existing client of my item.

I am working on a PHP its almost done but i want to add some security so i added licence verification system first its checks for purchase code on https://api.envato.com/v3/market/author/sale

Then for regular licence it allows installation on single domain.
Data is saved in database.
For regular licence things seems working.

Now i also want extended licence users can install on 5 domains.
U tried but i need an actual purchase code (Extended Licence)

Now i dont understand why does not envato allow an Author to see his buyer’s purchase code.

I understand envato privacy policy & agreement bw buyer…
It is good not share share users details.

But an Author should be able to get purchase code his client using
Invoice or order number.

So how can i get purchase code of my own buyer of my item ( now delisted)

I have created a support ticket, not sure if i will get any solution.
Only solution i have to contact the buyer and ask him.

Envato policy is clear, one license = one domain ( end-product ) but you could see the license type. You’re not allowed to offer 5-domain ( end-product ) installation as it’s against of Envato policy. Violation of the policy may cause issues later. If you want work-around, just reduce the “Extended price” by 5

They will need to use your registration form to activate the item, otherwise, you can’t access the details unless they share it or they request refund.

You shouldn’t be contacting the “buyer” anyway…

Well extended licence does allow users to use item with more flexibility.

Not sure but i saw apps that allow unlimited usage with Extended Licence.

The main difference is that under the Regular License, your end product (incorporating the item you’ve licensed) is distributed for free, whereas under the Extended License your end product may be sold. Extended License is still limited to a single end product.
