Fresh Theme - Rejected

Hello!

My 1st theme on Themeforest was rejected. Do You have any idea what I should change/fix ? From message sent by Envato nothing is clear. Below message what I get from Envato.

"Unfortunately your submission Fresh - Responsive One-Page HTML Template isn’t ready for ThemeForest and cannot be resubmitted as it did not meet our minimum requirements for quality and/or Envato Market policies. In order for submissions to be considered for sale they must be of high aesthetic and technical quality, unique to our library and cannot be in violation of Envato’s policies.

Your item does not provide the necessary design quality for this category. As higher quality items become available in the marketplace, approval requirements will increase to maintain appropriate marketplace quality.While I’d be able to provide feedback as to how to get this approved, I can only do after it has crossed a certain threshold, quality wise. I’m sorry to say this isn’t there yet."

This is such a competitive category that you have got to bring something unique to the table to stand a chance.

The site is not too bad but it does not stand out from the hundreds of other one page templates for sale here, many of which ,with respect offer more to them.

You need to add more stand out features to make it more premium

There are issues with padding and spacing (look at top/bottom of services compared to other sections)

There is quite a bit of empty white space esp. in about that could be improved

Not sure personally about that second parallax section below the main slider. It’s fine on other sections as a header but following straight on from a slider looks a bit confusing

Contact section and form feels very cramped

Typography could be better throughout
