Flatsome Theme - Unable to Insert Links - Unable to Turn Text into URL

Hi,

I am unable to turn some text into links in the Flatsome theme. Sometimes only the last word in the text turns into a link. When I look in the code, everything looks fine but it just doesn’t work.

Below is a link to a page/example of what I am referring to. Only the last word “model” is an active link.
