Flatsome slider pictures dont show when is mobile screen but in pc or lap yes

i just bought for first time a Flatsome theme, and everythings was going pretty good but when i see my new website that im designing, the slider images dont show when i test it with a smartphone, but it do show when is laptop or pc, what can be the issue? i will apreciate a lot if someone helps me. Thank you
