First item soft rejected feedback needed

Hello Authors,

This is the first item we want to upload, after third try we are a bit concerned why item cannot pass. We’ve done all the improvements requested to us. The items highlighted in bold were fixed in second try and the reviewer didn’t mention them in his comments (no significant changes were made for third try), now in third try they are back. We asked him for a little more of details, but unlucky with no answer.

We hope someone here can give us a hand and open our eyes to those issues. This is our template

  1. READABILITY: Parts of your design are either difficult to read or
    have contrast issues. Please make sure all sections of your design have
    adequate contrast and all text is easily readable on all devices.

  2. SCROLLING ANIMATIONS: The scrolling animations are currently
    overused. Animation is a tool that should be used sparingly to help
    enforce the concept of your design. Please consider where you are using
    animations and their purpose.

5. SPACING AND ALIGNMENT: There are spacing and alignment issues in

The reviewers are right. You need a lot of improvements.

1.) Typorgraphy is totally not appealing. Use differents fonts.
2.) Colors should be more elegant and appealing. Present one is very dull.
3.) Don’s use animation everywhere.
4.) Have consistent spacing.

Check the present items in the market and get some ideas from them. I am sure you will get where you stand behind. After correction submit again and you will get approved.

Hello @5studiosnet in hero area text and in header. Try to give more space in header and reduce them when scrolled. Use different fonts also like bold, normal. presently all text is having light weight.

Hello again!

After we made changes to our theme, the reviewer still reject it. Why?

What needs to be done in order to get approved?

THE CHANGES ARE NOT ENOUGH: Unfortunately, the changes are not enough
and the previous review still stands. Please carefully check your item
to make sure all problems were adequately addressed before resubmitting
this item.

We really need your kindly help and experience dear authors.

We think our theme was ready, unfortunately the reviewer doesn’t think the same, that’s fine, but is frustrating to not know where to change after we’ve changed, and getting worse when there is no feedback.

We are ready to read any kind of criticism, so please, is this first item not ready indeed? why?, we’ll appreciate your thoughts.

Hello @5studiosnet,

First of all you have changed the things that are good but not enough.

1.) Now the spacing is to much have some decent spacing not to much. Reduce by some pixels.
2.) Improve the typography. You have improved but still some parts need them. e.g pricing tables etc.
3.) Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Nam cursus elementum hendrerit. Duis gravida porttitor arcu nec feugiat. Etiam finibus porttitor mi quis condimentum.

this texts are having font-size and line-height issue and use some colors to make them highlight to define that something is written out there.

Then resubmit again and I wish it will get accepted.
