Filtering Plugin or PHP script code

Hello!

I look for a Plugin which can sort Data ( countrys, city ) directly on the Website.

Same like this.

When i click on the right country should open the Subdomain.

It is better a PHP Script for a fast and stable search result,
or you know a plugin for that?
