Export demo content with post/pages and with options tables ??

I am new to themeforest. I want to export all the posts/pages/custom post type and options table data created by advanced custom field’s Option page. How can i do that. I have tried the wordpress default export tool but it only exports posts/pages/custom post type. How can i export options table data as well ??
