I tried to renew my subscription and there was an error when making the payment. I thought that I had committed and I tried 3 more times but it was not like that is something in your system, I have 3 charges on my envato credit card but my subscription is not renewed. Is it a technical problem with your platform? I will report the charges to my bank but I want my new subscription.
