Hi, hwo can help us pls with that envato wp plugin issue? I ve purchased a template and in the zop file there are almost nothing, i probably need a plugin to be able to install the theme on wordpress but it didnt work. Any ideas? is there anybody who can help me with that issue…? thx

You should be able to download the source code and install the kit Zip file that way rather than trying to connect to it through the envato plugin

we uploaded theme zip file through Envato Import kit plugin
But still the same problem. Any other idea pls…?

Make sure the zip you download does not get unzipped (it must be uploaded as a zip file). If you use Safari browser, make sure “open safe files after downloading” is not enabled in the browser preferences, then follow the manual install steps in this help document or visit your item’s page on themeforest for the setup steps in the item description https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000842846-How-to-use-the-Envato-Elements-WordPress-Plugin-v2-0
