Hi
I have trouble with connecting my site with the personal token?

I get the following error:

We checked the token on 2020/07/31 08:45 and we were able to connect to Envato and could access the following information:

  • Your purchases
  • Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
  • E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)

Following errors occured:

  • username Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
  • code: not_authenticated
  • email Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
  • code: not_authenticated

Anyone knows where to find the token?

Envato API personal token:
You can generate Envato API personal token here . Please make sure you set required Token permissions. It may prompt you to sign into your Envato account

Before you create a new token the following 3 permissions should be selected from the list of permission available on the Token page.

  1. View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
  2. Download the user’s purchased items
  3. List purchases the user has made
