Thanks for asking your question.
As i know that there is no specific day for discount at Themeforest & Codecanyon.
But some of author reducing their item price on December for Criticisms Day.
As a Envato User you will received Envato Offer Or Promotional mail campaign with reducing price with some of items only that offer by Envato Email Marketing Mail Mailed. There you can see that item price is 40% discount.

All of author are not give discount on their items.
