Envato Elements WP plugin - Free Blocks pictures are not loading

Hello, i am using Envato Elements for some pages, but the picture are not loading. What can I do to fix the issue?

Make sure WP and the plugin are up to date and if so clear your cache and log back in

We’ve notified the catalog team regarding this matter but due to the holiday it will probably be awhile before they resolve it.
