Is anyone else getting the “Unavailable” message when trying to access Elements?

Thanks for the reply. Tried that. Did not help. Tried different browsers. Nope. I sent in a second ticket. They got mad at me for this, saying I was taking up their time. I was able to initially get into my account when I paid the annual price upfront. After five downloads, the system kicked me out and continues to give me the “Website unavailable. We are working on fixing the issue.” So…don’t know? But thank you for trying. I appreciate it.
