I downloaded jnews theme from my envato elements subscription. it requires an api key for license, but I can’t get an api key. I get the following error;

Could not load signed in user profile: The API returned an error (403 - )

Envato Elements don’t provide any purchase code. mean Envato Elements item can’t be license register. Envato api (personal token) is only for envato market. You should avoid registering the license for elements item. just ignore license register request and it should work fine for you.
