Envato Elements 403 Error

Currently working on a staging environment and trying to access my Envato elements account from Wordpress

I have the Individual plan currently!

Trying to log into my envato elements account I receive a 403 error

Things I’ve tried:

  1. I have tried deactivating wordfence and my other security plugins
  2. I have clear the cache and reset the plugin
  3. Deactivating envato on the prod site, and trying to activate on the staging site (both with the same account details)
