Issue with Envato Elements WordPress Plugin (API ISSUE)

Dear support team

We’re facing issue with your plugin we’re using it in over 30 websites so far and first time we encounter such an issue, screenshot attached with the error message. I’ve gone ahead and clear catche, website catche, server catche and also i uninstall and reinstall pugin, also reset plugin but nothing fixed the issue. Please assist me.

They are the only one who’s able to help you. You need to wait for their response.
My opinion, it could be a temporary issue. Just wait a day and give another try.
