hello, i am an Author, i try to register as affiliate by going to this page and fill in the application form,( https://app.impact.com/campaign-mediapartner-signup/Envato-Market.brand?execution=e2s1) , but when i click on Continue, nothing shows up, all fields blank out… any idea??? thanks!
