Dustech Core v1.0: critical error

Hello. Our website runs on Dustech theme since 2018, but it has been down for a third day now.

WordPress notification says: Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email. In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Dustech Core.

I updated all Plugins, and Dustech Core is version 1.0.
How do I go about it?

PS: We don’t have an IT admin to address.
