Critical Error when I install a core plugin

My website give a critical error when I active a core plugin. I´m using Luxe Wordpress Theme. I´ve tried to contact with developers, but nobody answer. I,ve tried with different wordpress versions, but it happens again. I would like to try with older theme version, but I can’t access to. What Can I Do? Thanks in advance

Please make sure you are using the latest version theme and your server php version is minimum 7.x.x.

If the above things not solved please contact your purchased theme author, you can use theme comments and mention your concern, hope theme author will reply your comment.
