There is no license for ‘unlimited use’ - you need to buy a new license/copy for each time you use it.

As above this is not an option. New website = new license/copy required

what does copy mean?
It means that for every website you want to use that theme for, you need to buy a new copy of the theme.
Envato do not offer multi-use licenses.
If a theme costs $50 and you want to build 3 websites using that theme then you need to buy it 3 times so costing $150
