Why do we hear the sound “Audio Jungle” everting even if we paid the subscribtion to elements ??
when i have to find a sound it break my ears, i listen to a lot of musique and every time it triggers me please disable for the custumers that paid elements sub.

Are you hearing it after you’ve downloaded the audio file? If so, that’s not supposed to happen, but if you’re just talking about the preview before you download, it’s there to protect the item.
Yes i know, but already have access to it by paying… soo what is the difference?
When you listening to a lot a preview… it is really annoying
