Delayed payment after new payout method

I use payoneer for Themeforest payment and last month I received the payout on 23rd in my payoneer account. I want to know if this is for all payoneer users or just me.

It’s 20 today and still didn’t receive payment in payoneer account.

Also I want to know from paypal users if they are also facing the same.
