Any authors out there considering creating a Crowd Funding script in their own php framework (not laravel, codeigniter etc)
CC not allow no more to create PHP plugins without a framework

You have got to be kidding me… These frameworks are so bulky and clunky… Cheers for the heads up Pixor…
I never tried it but I agree that is is not a good requirement, some plugins are small and not require at all a framework.
I not 100% sure it required but you can ask to the forum .
