Hello There! Got contacted today by someone claiming I’m using their copyrighted logo. The Graphic template is here at Envato and have been here since 2019. So what is your experience with this? How can it be solved?
Is the template you licensed in the logo category, with a logo license? If so then that shouldn’t be a problem, just send them over proof of purchase and contact Envato support if there’s any issues. If it’s not, then it does go against the licensing terms as no other categories/licenses allow use as a logo.
