I want to collaborate with a designer, for converting a already existing psd in TF to html and wordpress themes. I had a small chat with him, he asked me to come up with terms and agreements docs.
I’ve no Idea how this whole collaboration thing works.
I’m looking for some sample term and condition documents and stuff required even a check list of how to make it work. basically anything that should be done.
