Hello

I acquired ClassifiedPro Cridio Studio theme which i found very good. The support is also very good. All this encouraged me to validate this theme form my project and i engaged some customisation with Cridio department in charge of that. Unfortunately, the service delivered by this department is not good at all because de deliverables are with a poor quality and the expected features are not delivered even if i paid 50%. Now Cridio Studio do not answer to my email and i don’t know if he will continue the project or stop it.
Could someone help to solve this situation?

Envato doesn’t get involved these transactions, you can contact PayPal ( Dispute ) if it’s been through their system, otherwise, you need to solve the problem with the author.
