changed the url and my plugin won't work

I bought the Justified Image Grid plugin (created by Firsh) to create galleries on my site, which is excellent. However, I changed the url, even though the site is exactly the same site, just with a different name and url.

The plugin won’t update because it’s registered in connection with the old url. I am logged in to the comments board but there is no place to start a new comment.

How do I switch the url with my license. The old url doesn’t have a site anymore. It forwards to the new one.

If you don’t have access of old website wp-admin where the plugin registered/activated then you have to contact plugin author and request them to unregister/deactivate the plugin license from the old domain/website.

contact the plugin Author and let them know How to Contact your purchased plugin Author, the plugin author will be happy to assist you within their scope.
