Cart not working in Magento responsive theme

We purchased “Coffee - Magento Responsive Theme” and successfully completed website but while shifting to main domain add to cart not working. Kindly rectify soon…

Issues :
1.)Need to enable Add to Cart for guest
2.)For registered users, recently product show 1 and also delete not working in cart and also in header (minicart)
