Can't download installable Wordpress file only

Pizzeria Trattoria - Italian Restaurant Elementor Template Kit by themosaurus
is the theme I purchased and I can’t upload it to Wordpress,the error is The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.I tried to zip. it but to no use.
