We have just purchased the following template:
themeforest-dk7pDIIB-bizwalls-responsive-voip-virtual-phone-business-wordpress-theme
When trying to upload the template into Wordpress I get the following error:
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Please advise how to fix this

If after clicking “Install Now” you see an error that “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet,” then you probably didn’t follow our instructions from step 1. You more than likely downloaded the “All files & Documentation” instead of the the installable theme. Go back and double check that you’ve downloaded the correct file.

I have the same problem,purchased this theme:Pizzeria Trattoria - Italian Restaurant Elementor Template Kit by themosaurus and I can’t download installable Wordpress file only,i only have all files& documentation and license certificate.

Only items labelled “Elementor Template Kit” can be installed using the Template kit import plugins. If ou have a WordPress theme, it must be installed under Appearance > Themes > Add New
all the themes give the same error please how to fix it?
I followed all of you instructions and I still can’t install the WP theme on bluehost. Do I have to add elementor and pay for it as well? How come it’s not listed as an extra add on to buy? I find how this is designed to be horrible and I would like a refund. I gave up trying to get it to work. the error is “There has been a critical error on this website.” I at first got the same style sheet error but install the WP zip file only but still won’t work. Please refund. I don’t have time to dick around with this nonsese when other workable WP themes are installed (another from another company that i had NO PROBLEM installing. Geez
I did that myself under WP themes and installed “add new” nope! I give up.
