In the past, you could create a new collection from the drop-down “+” 
button on any listing.
Currently, this feature is greyed out on all listings forcing the user to go to the collection page, add the collection category there, then go back to the listing and select the collection just created. All this to add an item to a collection seems like a lot of extra legwork, and not sure why this feature went away.
