No you cannot.
Each website requires its own license/copy
Envato does not offer multi site licenses.

No item on Envato allows buyers to legally use it on multiple websites.
In some cases this is actively limited by API and license registration but even when that is not in use, the license terms are very clear that it’s “one end product” and authors cannot alter that.
