Can Use Videohive item on my template?

Hello eveyone,

I am build a new template and I need to use video on my slider from Videohive.

Can I purchase single use license? I’ll not share with my template package just for showcase.

I think you can, if you host the video on your own server. You are not allowed to include the video in the theme package. And you are not allowed to publish it on youtube, vimeo and other video hosting servers.

If it is using a videohive item (definitely can’t share it with the file) i’d still ask permission from the author too and be sure to credit them on the description - it’s unlikely they will say no
