Can not edit the company info in the bottom of the ppt that I just bought

I checked the information that came with the package but it does not work for me. When entering Master, Master slide and footer, I can not change the company text.

I have tried to double click the text and use anything but it seems to be part of the page, and I can not remove/change it.

Appreciate any help regarding this
