i mean, if i will purchase extended license of any html template on themeforest,

#1 can i use that in my 1 project like web script?
#2 can i sell that project (i will use html template that i purchased extended license of themeforest) on codecanyon?

1.) of course, if you use it within license terms

2.) no, extended license has nothing to do with it, you will need a permission from the author to do that
