Can I use Element Envato resources to design Sketch apps and sell on ThemeForest?

Dear Team,

I am planning to design Sketch mobile apps to sell on ThemeForest. To design apps I am planning to subscribe Element Envato for the resources like photos, icons, patterns to use in my design.

Can I use the above mentioned resources?

Clear guidelines on what’s not allowed

Some common-sense limitations do apply, as set out below:

  • You can’t re-sell, or re-distribute items;
  • You can’t use items in on-demand services; and

What I believe that on ThemeForest PSD design’s include images only for preview purpose and not includes in PSD source files. Element Envato account is only worth if I can use the resources in multiple purpose otherwise it will be expensive to pay every month $16.5 only for personal website.
